321 Video In Gastonia Being Forced to Close
Gastonia NC: After many years of fighting the 1994 zoning laws that put restrictions on where adult-oriented businesses can operate in Gastonia, the courts have dismissed the final legal challenge offered by the lawyers for 321 News & Video on N. Chester (321) just North of downtown Gastonia.
According to the report from the Gaston Gazette, the store owners have signed an agreement stating they will close within 45 days. It is unclear if they will attempt to modify their inventory etc. in order to change their business classification or if they will close completely.
As of the time of this posting, there were no updates or announcements on the store’s web site.
